By posting your ads on this thread, you agree to follow these rules and terms of use.

Ranching.FYI is NOT an agent, broker, or dealer in anything on this site and does not receive any commission. Ranching.FYI offers the platform for advertising.

TO POST:
Add a thread with your sale post including information and pictures. People can then respond to your thread with questions or to purchase. Threads will stay active for 30 days after which they will be deleted regardless of if they have sold or not. If your item does sell prior to the 30 days please delete the thread to help us keep it clutter free.

RELEASE:
Ranching.FYI acts as a venue for listing items for sale and are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. In the event you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Ranching.FYI and its owners, agents, subsidiaries and employees from claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

NO GUARANTEE:

Ranching.FYI does not guarantee the sale, the owner/seller's services, or warrant the performance of any person or entity advertising on its site. Ranching.FYI does not control the content posted on the site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.

Owners are responsible to proofread ads and confirm that correct photos are appearing on ads. Owners are responsible for marking items Sold. Service interruptions are possible.

NO ARCHIVE:

Always PRINT and KEEP a copy of any ad used to buy or sell on our site. WE DO NOT KEEP ANY KIND OF ARCHIVE OF DELETED OR EXPIRED ADS.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

EDITORIAL CHANGES - EDITING of ADS:

All advertisement listings are subject to reasonable editorial changes or deletions.

Ranching.FYI reserves the right to edit ads at its discretion. Ranching.FYI actively edits ads. We do this for a variety of reasons, to include but not be limited to; the correction of gross misspellings, improved search engine optimization, removal of inappropriate content, to better describe sales items, to shorten ad titles, to remove video links, to remove unnecessary symbols.

DISALLOWED ADVERTISING:

Slanderous, malicious, warning, or ANY KIND OF DEROGATORY ads are not permitted on Ranching.FYI. Profanity and harassment are not allowed.

Posting an ad here indicates full agreement with our Terms of Use.

If you have a complaint about a seller on our system, please contact us with the details. If we suspect that a seller is participating in any sort of questionable or fraudulent activity via our site, engaging in any sort of false or misleading advertising, etc., we will disable that seller's account without notice at our own discretion.

INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT:

This site has no age restrictions and is intended for use by the general public. Any and all profanity, pornography and content of questionable intent, including racial slurs and propaganda, is a violation of the site use rules. The content will be immediately removed, and the violator will be prosecuted to the full extent of Wyoming law.

If you see a possible stolen or missing - livestock or equipment listed on our site for sale, please email us and it will be removed as soon as possible.

By using this service, all users, sellers, and buyers agree to the above terms entirely.

Our customers are solely responsible for obtaining express permission from professional photographers, subjects, etc. to display images on our site. We will not accept any images labeled "PROOF" for use on our web site. If there is a visible photographer's signature or label on the face of a photo, we "WILL" remove this information from the digital image that we display. If we are informed of copyright violations created by our customers, we will remove disputed images from the site without refund or prior notice to the offender.

All photos used in ads on Ranching.FYI may be used by Ranching.FYI for the purposes of advertising/betterment of Ranching.FYI.

BRANDS for SALE

When posting brands for sale, you are only allowed to post 1 brand per ad.

CATTLE for SALE

When posting cattle for sale, you may only post 1 offering of cattle per ad. All cattle MUST be listed by breed and class.

Example: If you are selling all of your cattle, and you have cow calf pairs, bull(s), and yearling heifers, each class of cattle has to be listed in a separate ad; cow/cow calf pairs in one ad, bull(s) in a separate ad, and yearling heifers in a separate ad.

Note: This is done so that people searching for specific classes of cattle can locate what they are looking for better.

We Do Not allow For Bid at Auction ads under the Cattle for Sale Category.

PASTURE AND RANCHES for SALE

When listing ranches and pasture for sale or lease, you must include the carrying capacity of the ranch in your ad.

HAY for SALE

When listing ads in this category, you may list only 1 offering of hay per ad. An offering of hay is distinguished from other offerings of hay by forage type & bale type.

EXAMPLE: Farmer John has small square bales of alfalfa, large round bales of alfalfa, and small square bales of Timothy hay for sale; he must list the small square bales of alfalfa in one separate ad, the large round bales of alfalfa in another separate ad, and the small square bales of Timothy hay in another separate ad.

HORSES for SALE

When listing a horse for sale, you can only list 1 horse per ad. The reason for this is because people searching for a specific type of horse can find them more easily.

RANCH & LIVESTOCK EQUIPMENT

You may list only 1 piece of equipment per ad. The only exceptions to this rule are items being sold as a group such as panels, feeders...

RANCH COW DOGS
You may only list 1 litter, or 1 started dog per ad.

Note: Puppies and Dogs must have a price of at least $100.00

Note: This category is for Ranch Cow dogs all Cow dogs listed in this category must be of a non-disputed cattle dog breed and not be a toy or miniature variety of the cattle dog breed.

Note: Guard Dog Breeds may be listed under our sites Livestock Section.

Note: It is up to the discretion of the websites administration to delete any ads not meeting our guideline standard.

RANCH JOBS

We allow one Job Listing Per Ad.

When listing ads in this category be sure that you list your ad in the proper Sub Category EXAMPLE: (Ranch Jobs - Someone looking to hire help) or (Seeking Ranch Job - Someone looking for a job)

SADDLES FOR SALE

You may list only 1 Saddle per ad.

Note: This category is for Good Ranch Using Saddles. ALL Saddles listed in this category must be able to be roped off of and well made. The only exceptions to this rule are, cutting saddles, reining saddles, cow horse saddles.

Note: We do not allow black saddles to be listed on our website. No Barrel Saddles. No New Saddles Less than $1,000.00

Note: It is up to the discretion of the websites administration to delete any ads not meeting our guideline standard.

TRAILERS FOR SALE
You may only list 1 Trailer per ad. No bumper pull flatbeds. No business signs in Trailer Ads.

TRUCKS FOR SALE

You may only list 1 Truck per ad. No SUV’s. No Jeeps. No business signs in Truck Ads.
