I'm just curious if anyone is using AI (ChatGPT) to help decipher and track market reports and trends. Realize not all are onboard with using AI, but I do think there are places it can really be a big time saver and help for putting data together. I have utilized the tool to help pull several market reports for my area and start trending some things for me. Just curious, as I have found it helpful in the sell/buy space and thought others might as well.
 
That is supper interesting I can see the value, but technology is a major energy burn for me. I still struggle with auto correct. Having to take a computer to FYI's SIM class diminished my enthusiasm to attend.

Agreed. It hasn't been my go to for various reasons as well, but I was trying to find something simple for me to track some data over time and this seems to be a good use of that tool so........
